On Saturday, I took a Peloton Class. I was craving intense cardio but it was -15°F here in New England. I love a sprinkling of cold exposure, but this was too much even for a sucker for punishment like me.
This little mindset shift pushed me from doing an intensive workout to a nice long hike instead.
For a brief moment before making that decision, I imagined a text from you saying, "hey how are you feeling today?" and then my response would have been, "Shit. I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't fall back asleep so now I'm at 4am knowing my day is screwed," and your message back saying, "Cool, go for a nice easy hike."
As a peloton owner, I find myself ordering from the menu for stretches and weight training and then maybe going a bit off menu when I feel like I need something different from a ride or meditation.
Powerful idea. Curious where you keep your fitness menu? and how you log workouts?

So I did.
Digging the menu concept for fitness.
