Open ended challenges like "How many different ways can you get from a squat to standing position?" etc

Interesting - I'll give this a shot. As I get older, mobility gets more important. I got quite fascinated with Kinstretch stuff but its incredible boring to do, and too hard to have a separate routine to my other gym workouts. Probably the most mobility integrated approach for me was when I was doing Chinese martial arts (tho that lacks a resistance training component)
